Athletic Trainer

Position: Athletic Trainer
Reports To: Athletic Director
Position Type: Full-Time, 11-Month Contract
Salary: $55,000–$60,000, depending on experience
Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling based on the weekly athletic schedule and workload

Position Overview

Clinton Community Schools is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Certified Athletic Trainer to provide comprehensive athletic training services for Clinton student-athletes.

The Athletic Trainer will work closely with the Athletic Director, coaches, student-athletes, parents/guardians, school personnel, and other healthcare providers to promote the health, safety, and well-being of Clinton student-athletes. Clinton Community Schools has an established team physician who will work collaboratively with the Athletic Trainer and serve as a medical resource for consultation, referrals, medical oversight, and coordination of student-athlete care as appropriate. 

This is a full-time, 11-month position with a flexible schedule structured around the needs of the athletic department and interscholastic athletic calendar.

Required Qualifications

Relevant athletic training experience in a secondary school or similar athletic setting is preferred.
